CHAMPAGNE CHARLES ELLNER
This house was created at the beginning of the th century by Charles-Emile Ellner. His son and grandson contributed to his development. As a trader-manipulating in 1972, its vineyard covers 55 ha spread over 15 communes, including the Côtes-d'Epernay. Even today, the family structure shares responsibilities. The house develops a wide range of champagnes: The Cuvée of Raw Reserve combines 40% of Pinot Noir and 60% of Chardonnay that ages 4 to 5 in cellar, white white, first cru, vintage champagnes. There is also rosé champagne, a rosé of assembly that blends Pinot noir and chardonnay equally. The moment of tasting is in the reception lounge where you will see a collection of pretty flutes on display. In order to better discover its range or to make it fun, the house offers Variation, tasting and seduction boxes which serve several vintages.
