Domaine Collet is located on the Sézanne hillside. Its 5-hectare vineyard is ethically cultivated by the 9th generation, Florent, Vincent and Thomas. The 10 wines that now make up the range are remarkable and very well crafted. Silex et Craie, a 100% Chardonnay, is impressive in its stylistic exercise. As is the cuvée Fons Dionisii, a 2015 vintage aged in foudre and oak barrels. These champagnes can be collected, offered and treasured to celebrate special occasions.
