Facing the port of Giffaumont, this inn is ideal for a stopover with a view on the lake of Der. You are welcomed in a chic and nicely decorated interior, but as it was the case for us, the sun being at the rendezvous, the tables in the shade of oaks were perfect for lunch. Here, the products offered are of quality, salmon tartar, homemade foie gras terrine, scallops and gambas brochette or tournedos and its pan-fried foie gras for a cuisine in its most refined. Don't hesitate to ask for advice to choose a wine or a dish, the staff, very available and attentive, will answer you with accuracy and kindness.
