MOULIN DE LA FERME COTTON-HALLER
Good local products that do not lack flavours, it is at the Moulin de la Ferme Cotton-Haller. Since 1986, Pascal Cotton-Haller has been growing grains, rapeseed and sunflower on his farm in Herpont, but it was in 2008 that the adventure of the mill began and the family opened its delicatessen to share their love of good products. While his wife Lise is at the mill and his son Marc is busy making gingerbread, Pascal takes care of the oil and cookies. In the shop, you will find all the mill's products on direct sale, made from the farm's production: a wide choice of flours ground on a stone wheel, old wheat, buckwheat, rye and spelt, rapeseed and sunflower oils first cold pressed, alfalfa honey harvested on its plot by the Argonne Bees and many other homemade sweets, shortbread, gingerbread and garnished baskets to offer.
