LA GARE
Former station offering a farandole of local and seasonal flavours, fish from the market at Mesnil-sur-Oger
In this old train station, the steam locomotives have given way to a farandole of steaming pots and pans where chef Geoffrey Bémont's delicious dishes are simmering. On the menu, a farandole of local flavors that change with the seasons: maroilles puff pastry with hazelnuts, snails in red wine, quail fillets with peaches and ratafia, market fish with Champagne lentils... Creations as tasty as they are elegant, which will go perfectly with a glass of champagne. Take a look at the wine list!
