The Clos Saint-Vincent is an aromatic garden that takes you to discover the secrets of the sparkling Champagne beverage and its aromas. This walk among the galipes presents the three Champagne grape varieties: pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, through three stages: youth, maturity and fullness. Synthetic aromas frozen in ceramics by perfumers complete this amazing sensory visit. In the second part of the park, a beautiful viewpoint with tables and tables-debout allows to enjoy the panorama.
