CHAMPAGNE PERTOIS-MORISET
Champagne Pertois Moriset is an independent, family-run winegrowing estate. Since its creation, each generation has perpetuated the winemaking tradition and know-how handed down by their predecessors. The estate covers 20.70 hectares of two terroirs: Côte de Blancs, with a predominance of Chardonnay, and Coteaux Sézannais, composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. The estate is respectful of the environment and favors sustainable viticultural practices, such as sexual confusion and soil plowing. Since 2009, a pressing center equipped with stainless steel presses and thermo-regulated vats has been in place to guarantee optimal pressing quality. The wines are then aged on fine lees over the winter before bottling. Champagne Pertois Moriset offers a wide range of wines, from classic cuvées to vintages, lieux-dits and special cuvées.
