CHEZ MAX
Restaurant offering a traditional cuisine with local and seasonal products, a renewed seasonal menu
At Max, you are greeted by a team of professionals who have been working for three generations in a friendly atmosphere without artifice, paillettes, simplicity and sincerity. At this address, Max offers traditional French cuisine, highlighting local products, which are punctuated by the seasons: the card is indeed renewed frequently and has some classic classics, capable of greeting the visitor in all seasons. There are very good moments in these places, and we eat very well, from the filet of turbot poached to champagne sauce, from the pig's foot to foie gras and its juice at ratafia! So what more do we ask?

Ce repas a été exécuté à la perfection avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix !
: amuse- stop mini standard pie industrial fortunately accompanied by a verrine by velvety mushroom and brown (a wonder); as entrées, 3 mini cassolettes of the sea: scallops, crayfish (delicious) but I was disillusioned with 3è: greenish flan salmon too savoury, on a bed of cubes jelly, dish: fillet of stuffed fish banks, carrot rice too cooked and blown bland, dessert made up of preciousnesses including covered with lemon meringue pie, lemon. We also ordered Margaux 1995 but a bottle 1997 was used to us... and charged for full price in spite of our comment over the years. We can not get there anymore...
