At Max, you are greeted by a team of professionals who have been working for three generations in a friendly atmosphere without artifice, paillettes, simplicity and sincerity. At this address, Max offers traditional French cuisine, highlighting local products, which are punctuated by the seasons: the card is indeed renewed frequently and has some classic classics, capable of greeting the visitor in all seasons. There are very good moments in these places, and we eat very well, from the filet of turbot poached to champagne sauce, from the pig's foot to foie gras and its juice at ratafia! Le menu à 38 sera pour les petits appétits, car ça ne m'arrive jamais de terminer mes assiettes et là il n'y avait plus rien dedans! Les desserts toujours les mêmes depuis des années....
L'amabilité de la serveuse.... le temps passe à table alors que d'autres personnes sont arrivées après et reparties avant.... non vraiment Chez Max n'est plus ce que c'était
