Founded in 1929 and owned by 25 winegrowing families, Mailly Grand Cru is one of the few mono Grand Cru estates in Champagne, located exclusively in the Mailly area. Barrel ageing, parcel-by-parcel vinification and Champagne rosé de macération are the hallmarks of a respected ancestral tradition. The range includes the prestigious Cuvée Blanc de Pinot Noir, as well as the cuvée parcellaire Les Échansons, a vintage cuvée for great years only.

Belle visite et découverte du champagne Mailly grand cru avec le chef de cave Monsieur Moncuit. Très bonnes explications .
Repas à l'issue de la visite servi par un traiteur. Bertacchi pour ne pas le nommer. Une très bonne journée.

Hartelijk ontvangen bij deze coöperatie. Rondleiding door het hele bedrijf inclusief de zelf gegraven kelders. Ze hebben daar in totaal 30 jaar aan gewerkt, met name in de wintertijd als de wijngaard in rust is. Aansluitend proeverij van 4 heerlijke Champagnes. En natuurlijk wat uit de winkel meegenomen.
