Harvesting and handling since 1847, this is now the3rd generation. The vineyards are spread over 10 crus on the southern slopes of Épernay, and this is how the 3 grape varieties are harvested. The champagne range includes the brut de réserve, a pinot meunier-dominant wine aged for 4 years in the cellar, and the grande cuvée "Tradition", a vintage version of this champagne, aged for 5 years in the cellar. There's also the old Champagne liquoreux (1975), and the 1990 Coteau Champenois.
