CHAMPAGNE MANDOIS
Since 1735, the Mandois family has cultivated a 40-hectare vineyard, spread over twelve prestigious crus, including Pierry, Vertus and Chouilly. The cellars were dug at the end of the 17th century beneath the church in Pierry, where brother Jean Oudard, who worked in the vineyard as Dom Pérignon, is buried. Claude Mandois supervises the vinification, where each plot is vinified separately before blending. Exceptional cuvées include Collection Classique, Collection 1735 (Blanc de Blancs 2016, Blanc de Noirs 2015), and Collection Unique (Cuvée Victor).
