Espace Club is two areas dedicated to fitness in Reims. The Farman and Courcelles clubs offer you the choice between 80 activities and a program of more than 150 hours of group classes per week: weight training, cardio training, fitness LesMills + freestyle, squash, yoga, interview and personalized coaching... there is even a hammam relaxation area, sauna and whirlpool bath to relax after the session. Courcelles has a swimming pool with aquagym, aquabiking, swimming and baby swimming lessons to introduce the little ones. You can also take bike biking/RPM classes there.
