On rue Colbert, in Reims, there is a store that proudly displays its collection of knives: pocket, kitchen, folding or fixed knives and has a special section for the famous Japanese knives. The handles are also varied: resin, wood or stainless steel. You will find everything you need to bone a meat, open an oyster, cut bread or sushi rolls. Beautiful handmade pieces, but also big brands such as Opinel, Victorinox or Tojirofont are also part of the catalog. The store also offers accessories for wine tasting, garden equipment, but also services in sharpening, engraving and creation of advertising knives.

Voilà quelques jours je me voyais accueilli assez ingratement par un vendeur qui n’avait que mépris à mon égard. Je ne suis pas un client difficile, mais un minimum de respect, c’est quand même pas trop demander. J’aurai mieux à faire ailleurs désormais, assurément.
C’est le seul endroit où j’ai réussi à trouver mon bonheur car aucun autre magasin n’avait ce que je voulais en stock…
