Are you tempted by a little tour of the Ardennes culinary landscape? No need to go far, at the gates of the city center, this nice brasserie offers you to taste the best specialities of the department, without moving from your chair. We start the tasting with the plate of Ardennes delicatessen and the not less famous white blood sausage of Rethel, then we go to the Arden Burger in its "ogre" version. Did you like it? Head for the Champagne region to discover the pink lentil salad, the homemade foie gras and its champagne jelly and the grilled andouillette from Troyes with champagne sauce. You will see, there are only good things in the region!

What to say, I discovered it, and since I go more than regularly because the reception, the quality of the dishes, and always a layout if you don't like a product, there's a solution. The smile, the service, in short with a cup of Champagne from a producer of Hautvillers (Champagne Gobillard) of a very good quality to accompany the good fresh dishes…. So an address to advise.....

Excellent resto pour passer un bon moment tout en découvrant la cuisine des Ardennes, préparée avec soin par le chef et servie avec toutes les attentions. Plein de plats intéressants à découvrir sur la carte, n'hésitez pas à vous laissé tenter ! Une des meilleures adresses de la ville à notre avis.

A l'occasion du marché de Noël je me suis éloigné du centre ville ( avec sa resto rapide ! ) pour déguster de l'authentique cuisine du terroir . Avec la Cacasse culottée j'ai été très agréablement surpris ! je recommande donc cet établissement à tous ceux qui voudront se faire plaisir en mangeant du Beau Bon et Bien . ( c'est la règle des trois B !!! )
