Address offering tapas, dishes with Basque flavours, poultry and a traditional cake
Welcome to the king of paella! A glass of sangria, a Basque plate and a few tapas later, we are ready to discover the flavours of the Basque Country. Between Spanish tortilla, poultry casserole with chorizo cream and Landes paving stone, we stop over in Bayonne, a feria atmosphere in a setting with warm colours and spicy accents to taste its paella with its leg of duck confit à l'Irouleguy and its mountain ham. We also like the Del Petit Basque version, which has something to delight us with its whole lobster. Before leaving, we have a last sweet treat with the Basque duo: the traditional cake and the delicious Bayonne chocolate maker.
