Address offering house specialties, main course, meat and seafood in Reims

Whoever rubs it in, spits it out! L'Espelette takes you on a tour of the Basque country to taste its deliciously spicy dishes. We start the evening with a few tapas to whet our appetite and discover the specialities of the house: stuffed piquillos to warm up the atmosphere and a glass of gazpacho to cool down before attacking the main course. Lomo piquillo a la plancha or Axoa, pan-fried veal shoulder with Basque chillies for those who love spicy dishes, prawns with aïoli grilled a la plancha for those who are more chilly. Spicy or not, this is a cuisine that does not lack flavours and will make you discover all the charm and spiciness of Euskal Herria!
