Address offering a galette with local colors, a crepe from Reims and good delicacies
Louise is the queen of pancakes! Are you more into salty buckwheat pancakes or sweet wheat pancakes? And why not both? We start with a galette with local colours, topped with chaource or andouille de Guémené and for dessert, the great classic caramel with salted butter. The house also offers refreshing salads and delicious sandwiches. At snack time, you can take advantage of the intimate atmosphere of the upstairs room to discuss good treats such as the crêpe rémoise and its pink biscuit ice cream.

The salads are booms qualitées but the choice of pancakes is agreed. Too similar to other places. It often happens in this type of restoration.
I have mine tasteless, despite the presence of cheeses. Those here are far from being different in the dish. Perhaps I have had to choose something more elaborate. My disappointment comes mainly from the dessert. Faithful to a tradition of well-bred a Waffle and caramel scoop of ice, I expected tasty dish. The ice and the caramel are of good quality and the Waffle was dry and far from soft. Like an impression to see that here leave a freezer.
The service is very good.
