The menu takes you on an exploration of the continent's best specialties, with dishes that are as generous as they are delicious, from Aloco and its delicious fried plantains to the hearty Mafé simmered in peanut paste, not forgetting the spicy Thieb, the marinated chicken Yassa and a fine variety of grilled meats, to be accompanied by Attiéké, a traditional manioc-based dish, and a glass of hibiscus bissap.
