We would like to go back to Sichuan. For that, no need to go far, Atelier Mala invites you to discover the spiciness of pepper(mà) that meets the heat of chili(là), in deliciously spicy recipes, typical of the Chinese province of Sichuan. On the menu, we taste the exotic flavors of crunchy lotus roots and mala ravioli with pork and ginger, accompanied by their famous secret sauce before succumbing to another specialty of the house, suan cai mi xan, a dish of rice and cabbage noodles seasoned in the Sichuan style, accompanied by a choice of vegetables, beef or pork. A beautiful culinary journey in perspective.

Nous sommes arrivés à 22h05 au restaurant et, sachant que nous étions en retard, nous avons juste essayé (en étant très gentils) de demander s'il était possible d'acheter quelque chose à emporter. A ce moment précis, une serveuse chauve et méchante (qui semble être la gérante) nous a pris en grippe. Ce n'est certainement pas une façon de menacer les gens. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit, les mauvaises ondes y pénètrent..
