For that, no need to go far, Atelier Mala invites you to discover the spiciness of pepper(mà) that meets the heat of chili(là), in deliciously spicy recipes, typical of the Chinese province of Sichuan. On the menu, we taste the exotic flavors of crunchy lotus roots and mala ravioli with pork and ginger, accompanied by their famous secret sauce before succumbing to another specialty of the house, suan cai mi xan, a dish of rice and cabbage noodles seasoned in the Sichuan style, accompanied by a choice of vegetables, beef or pork.
