We would like to go back to Sichuan. For that, no need to go far, Atelier Mala invites you to discover the spiciness of pepper(mà) that meets the heat of chili(là), in deliciously spicy recipes, typical of the Chinese province of Sichuan. On the menu, we taste the exotic flavors of crunchy lotus roots and mala ravioli with pork and ginger, accompanied by their famous secret sauce before succumbing to another specialty of the house, suan cai mi xan, a dish of rice and cabbage noodles seasoned in the Sichuan style, accompanied by a choice of vegetables, beef or pork. A beautiful culinary journey in perspective.

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la nourriture. Nous avions besoin d'une pause par rapport aux brasseries typiques. Il s'agissait d'une cuisine authentique de type sichuanais très raisonnable, surtout dans un endroit aussi petit que Reims. Bon service, portions raisonnables. Nous avons pris les nouilles dan dan et un autre plat de nouilles dans un bouillon. Un peu cher mais on en a pour son argent. A recommander à tous ceux qui sont à Reims et qui recherchent un repas asiatique.
