Rooftop in Reims offering Italian dishes, a cocktail and transalpine specialities with sunny flavours
There is Il Duomo di Milani, the cathedral of Milan and then Il Duomo in Reims with its breathtaking view of the cathedral of Notre-Dame, on the 7th floor of the Holiday Inn. One of the only rooftops where you can enjoy the magnificent 360° panorama of the roofs of the "Cité des Sacres" while tasting delicious Italian dishes or sipping a champagne cocktail at its bar, In the R. On the food side, you can taste sunny transalpine specialities: burratina from Puglia, carpaccio with tomato pesto, linguine with pecorino cream. We finish the tasting with a white chocolate panna cotta and its rhubarb and rosemary compote while contemplating the view.
