Top Chef, The best pastry maker… is not who wants. Luca's Atelier proposes you to put your hand to the dough and to cook yourself your meal, under the guidance of the chef. As its name indicates, Luca's workshop is a cookery course where you can also lunch. If you are pressed, you are advised the midi-express formula (1 h 30 top) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The map changes regularly but you can, for example cook and taste a duet of gambas to tomato cream and citronaux almonds, courgettes courgettes or white stuffed poultry, fried mushrooms and fresh parsley, maison of homemade potato. For desserts: lemon meringuée house or terracotta tarte in Malibu, exotic fruit skipped fruit and rum climbing. If you have a little more time, book the Discovery formula on Friday from 15 p. m., a 2-hour course at which you leave a good meal for two to enjoy at home. We love the oenological formula and its agreements and wines because here it is Champagne but it is also the Champagne.
