On display, you'll find some forty cheeses, including local specialties such as Rosace de Reims, Argonne and Rocroi goats' cheeses and Ardennes tommes, as well as burrata in summer and raclette and mont-d'or in winter. A rich wine and champagne list enhances the tasting experience, so don't hesitate to ask for advice to find the perfect match.

Ahhh oui, le concept le plus français qui soit. Moi qui pensais que les plateaux de fromages et de charcuterie étaient ridicules, j'ai officiellement changé d'avis. J'ai été mise au parfum ! J'ai vraiment apprécié l'ambiance qui règne ici !
Je suis intolérante au lactose, mais pour une raison étrange, les fromages français de luxe ne me font absolument rien.
De plus, le Apple Blossom était incroyable !
