The people of Rémois have understood that brunch time in the Cité des Sacres is sacred! And at Sacré Brunch, it's all week long. This new-style canteen offers a wide variety of dishes to be enjoyed between breakfast and afternoon tea, for a culinary journey between here and elsewhere: sweet and savory waffles topped with Mediterranean flavors or Yankee fried chicken, Turkish-style cilbir, spicy chachouka, grilled cheese revisited with Reims ham and even 7 o'clock leg of lamb! On the sweet side, there's homemade granola, fruit pancakes and brioche perdue, as well as gourmet pastries and homemade cakes to choose from at the counter.

Le personnel est très serviable.
Seul petit bémol c'est un peu bruyant, mais les assiettes valent le détour.
Nous comprenons à quel point une atmosphère agréable est importante pour une expérience réussie. Nous sommes actuellement en train d'explorer des moyens pour minimiser le niveau sonore tout en préservant l'énergie vibrante de notre restaurant. ????????
