This new-style canteen offers a wide variety of dishes to be enjoyed between breakfast and afternoon tea, for a culinary journey between here and elsewhere: sweet and savory waffles topped with Mediterranean flavors or Yankee fried chicken, Turkish-style cilbir, spicy chachouka, grilled cheese revisited with Reims ham and even 7 o'clock leg of lamb! On the sweet side, there's homemade granola, fruit pancakes and brioche perdue, as well as gourmet pastries and homemade cakes to choose from at the counter.
