In the kitchen, Agnès and Michel Sirot offer you a gourmet escapade through dishes with local colors: marbled wild boar with chestnuts, snail puff pastry with dill, veal kidneys flambéed in ratafia and the amazing kangaroo fillet charlotte, without forgetting the homemade specialties: foie gras marinated in ratafia and salmon smoked by their care, a real treat!
