L'Atelier is an art gallery where local artists exhibit their work, and where the magic of culinary art is at work. The rich champagne and wine list is full of delights, including some great vintages from local winemakers at very affordable prices, to be accompanied by a platter of charcuterie and cheeses to be savoured with pleasure while admiring the works on display in the sumptuous setting of the Opéra annex. In terms of cuisine, the menu perfectly combines traditional dishes with more exotic flavors, from tuna tartare with sesame emulsion to Iberian puntilla with port wine juice, not forgetting yuzu sphere with mango heart - refined creations that can be eaten without hunger!
