This is an address that should delight barbecue enthusiasts! The Red Rooster has made more children, after the Canteen of the Rooster, there is now the Ember which lights up the square in front of the town hall in its flamboyant red dress. As soon as you walk through the door, the chic western atmosphere, its Indian headdresses and feathered necklaces, you embark straight for the other side of the Atlantic, in the heart of the great American open spaces to taste the authentic flavour of meat and fish cooked in the charcoal oven. The delicious scent of the wood fire sublimates to perfection whole royal sea bream, pork rib, black Angus nuts, served with grilled vegetables. A unique and inimitable taste!
