Excellente brasserie typique. Leur "paleron" est l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais goûté. Ils méritent une étoile supplémentaire car tous les plats ont été servis en même temps pour une table de cinq personnes.

En fait, il aurait pu avoir 5 étoiles. Surtout pour la nourriture. Pièce de veau parfaitement préparée. Sur une base très savoureuse de pommes de terre dauphine à la crème de morilles. Et une délicieuse terrine de porc au préalable. Mais le rythme auquel tout a été servi a fait perdre une étoile à la note. C'est vraiment allé trop vite.... L'emplacement est parfait. Une petite brasserie parisienne. Terrazzo au sol. Bois foncé, peluche et garnitures en laiton. Classique. Vivant et chaleureux ! Allez-y !!!
