Former bakery in the Barbâtre district offering a menu of tasty dishes
Behind a front that does not look like much in this former bakery on rue du Barbâtre, there is a wonderful cuisine, friendly and generous, like its owners. An unusual setting where some of the customers' holiday memories, found all over France, are displayed on the tables. Here, there is no menu, nor even a formula, you can choose from the slightly offbeat menu where tasty dishes such as veal kidneys with oyster mushrooms and hot goat cheese salad with figs and honey are on offer, but also a pure moment of comfort when the sun is not there with the tartiflette and the mont-d'or fondue. Les recettes sont exactement les mêmes que les anciens propriétaires : mêmes produits, locaux au possible, mêmes proportions et mêmes recettes! Nous avons travaillé ensemble pour assurer cette transition. Les portions sont généreuses comme en témoignent les photos de nos derniers clients ayant laissé un avis. Votre avis reste très vague et se contenter de dire que c'est "mauvais" est un peu léger. Après peut-être ai-je mal compris votre phrase dans laquelle il manque des mots.
