Address in Reims offering generous home-made dishes, the best tartars and a mozzarella
Carole Decamps is a sketchy woman, certainly so! A woman chef, with a strong character, granddaughter Leleu loves cooking and makes it known. She stands out in the kitchen, her dishes are generous, sincere, it almost feels like home, but better. It is here that you can taste the best tartars with the knife of the Cité des Sacres! Pure, minutely cut and deliciously seasoned charolais, available in pepper spiced with chilli and massaged peppers, mozzarella, sheep's cheese or Clovis mustard. It is well worth a detour to the Jamin district, a stone's throw from Avenue Jean-Jaurès. A little off-centre, but you will be delighted!

La patronne gère tout de A a Z et franchement chapeau car derrière ce côté brut se trouve une belle personne.
