LA BRASSERIE DU BOULINGRIN
Brasserie in the heart of the Halles district, offering traditional and casual cuisine, especially seafood
In the heart of the Les Halles district, it is the oldest brewery in Reims, a real institution since 1925, loved by all Remois and adored by tourists passing through. The business is family owned and passed on from father to son, today it is Alexandre Victor-Pujebet who has taken over the orders of the brewery in the pure Art Deco style and continues to offer traditional cuisine with a scoundrel air that pleases so much. From September to June, it is mainly seafood selected with Amiour (the brewery's flake shell) that is served, accompanied by champagne.

L'accueil a été très bon.
Les mets sont de bonne qualité et servis en quantité pas très originaux.
Les saveurs sont au rv tant au niveau de la qualité des produits qu'à celle de la cuisine proposée.
Le tout reste trop bruyant pour moi...
