Food-truck offering burgers, an artisanal brioche bun, steaks, cheeses and revisited local products
After years of wandering the roads in their food-truck, Victor and Constant have packed their suitcases on rue de Tambour to give you a taste of their damn burgers. On the menu, only crowned heads of Clovis with maple syrup, François I with goat cheese and honey mustard, and Clotaire with Rethel sausage. A traditional bun brioche made with love by Baptiste Consigny, Black Angus steaks and Reims ham from Oh la vache, cheeses finely selected by Brice Délice, not to mention homemade french fries, as well as beautiful products from local artisans to revisit the classic American fast food with a Remise sauce!
