Thomas Bricout and Jérôme Cailliez have taken over the head of Cru Chanzy, renamed the Bistro des Anges. Always very animated by the owners of the premises and their dynamic team, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Regulars and newcomers alike come to taste delicatessen meats, rillettes, ripened cheeses, paprika fries and garlic shrimps on zinc to accompany the fine selection of wines and champagnes on the menu. In terms of cuisine, exotic dishes are combined with local specialities such as cheeseburger with Chimay cheese, rib eyelet with rosary, Rethel white pudding salad and fish of the day and its champagne sauce, enough to be enchanted!

Nous sommes arrivés en fin de service du midi à 14h30 et on nous à servit comme des rois. Tartare de bœuf tellement délicieux avec des frites maison. Une blanquette de veau avec du riz en plat du jour. Des coupes de champagnes délicieuses. Le patron très sympathique. Vraiment excellent moment merci à toute cette équipe vraiment professionnelle.

Nice atmosphere but plastic wrap in food
