Come and taste the art of living in Reims! Andouillette from Troyes, red turkey from the Ardennes, roast piglet from the Champagne plains, the best local products are on show in a warm and friendly atmosphere and a décor that mixes vintage spirit and modernity. Don't miss the nominettes, fresh pasta from the Champagne region, with rainbow trout from Vendresse, gratinated with chaource or white truffle cream and Ardennes tomme. As for the burgers, the number one rule is no ketchup. We love the petit Rémois with its home-made bun deliciously topped with chaource from Mussy, Reims ham and honey mustard, a real treat!

Nous sommes venus manger avec deux jeunes enfants un peu remuants et du début à la fin, tout a été parfait : service accueillant qui nous fait nous sentir à l'aise. Belle carte qui sent les vrais produits régionaux et les vrais coups de cœur, pas de "faux local de chez Métro pour faire semblant", prix plus qu'abordables, service rapide, desserts crapuleux, déco sympa... on regrette de ne pas vivre à Reims pour pouvoir y venir souvent!

De passage à Reims pour raison professionnelle avec mon ami, nous sommes arrivés par hasard au Tablier : accueil chaleureux ambiance conviviale, service rapide et mets excellent avec des produits régionaux mis en valeur, très gourmands comme les pâtes maisons truffes champignon fromage, boeuf cuisson lente assaisonné ... une turie ! ???? Très bonne adresse
