Here's a small brasserie in the Saint-Rémi district that has all the makings of a big one! Just like its owners, Mathilde and Franck's restaurant exudes good humour and conviviality. In the kitchen, chef Julien Pierlot is at the helm to delight you with his generous and refined creations. Here, all the dishes are home-made from fresh and seasonal products. The menu of the day is enough to make your mouth water: fillet of scorpion fish and its tarragon purée, tuna mayonnaise cheesecake style, pork loin parmentier... and let's not forget the icing on the cake: the desserts! We could do with a bit more, couldn't we?
