An exceptional concept in Champagne is born at G.H. Mumm! Inspired by artists' residences, the famous Champagne house has created a gastronomic residence - a first for Reims and the Champagne region - bringing together a community of talented young chefs who will take turns at the helm of the Table des Chefs. Every three months, the chefs, selected for their outstanding creativity and varied influences, will take it in turns to offer a carte blanche menu highlighting the finest seasonal and local produce.
