On the menu, the great classics of gastronomy are adorned with creative notes and more exotic flavors that will take you on a journey through Asia and the Mediterranean basin. Saltimbocca with Parma ham and mozza, burrata with basil, tuna and sea bream tartar Japanese style, Chinese salad with shrimp and pineapple, lamb mouse confit 7 hours, sabayon with champagne, all finely executed creations that will make you melt. Pour deux repas menu du chef plat et dessert, franchement pour 48 euros par personne, les accompagnements sont vraiment minimum pour satisfaire une petite faim., Pour le dessert la mini mini glace de vanille qui accompagne le moelleux au chocolat ça frise la moquerie pour un tel prix. Seul satisfaction le pouilly fumé.Total du repas 115 euros pour deux oups !!
