Lobster a la plancha, octopus salad with citrus fruits and squid stuffed with sunny vegetables, the beautiful seafood specialities take you straight to the seaside before a return to the Champagne region, with a jewel of the bistronomy of Reims, the beef cheek burger with Reims mustard, and to finish off in style, an iced soufflé with champagne ratafia!
