If you like La Grande Georgette, you'll love its little sister! La Caserne Chanzy is expanding with a new bistro, Little Georgette, also under the direction of chef Julien Raphanel. Although more affordable than its big sister, Little Georgette remains true to the same values, using fresh, local, quality produce from short distribution channels. The menu features emblematic recipes from the Champagne region, such as Bouzy snails, accompanied by a fine wine and champagne list of 1,500 references from Caserne Chanzy.
