dans une chambre pour 4 personnes nous n'avions que 2 sachets de thé. Aucun départ tardif n'a été proposé.

Malheureusement, conformément aux photos, nous nous attendions à un établissement beaucoup plus confortable. Après un très bon séjour au Novotel Regensburg/Allemagne, nous avons été profondément déçus par cet établissement. Il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'un établissement 4* et il ne convient absolument pas aux couples qui attendent une atmosphère soignée.
