Eye yoga, also known as the Bates Method, named after the American ophthalmologist William Bates, consists of visual exercises designed to relax and irrigate the eyeballs. Eye yoga improves vision, relieves eye strain and prevents presbyopia

Tips for preserving good eyesight :

- Good hydration is necessary for vision

- Food also plays an important role, avoid industrial and overly sweet products. Prefer seasonal fruits and vegetables.

- Beware of screen lights that are harmful to the eyes, take breaks and get blue light protection glasses

Les délais qu'ils annoncent ne sont pas respectés et j'ai remarqué une différence entre le premier accueil lors de la commande et le deuxième accueil quand on veut faire une réclamation. Personnellement j'étais mal reçu par une commerciale qui n'a pas apprécié ma visite pour contester le retard. Je n'ai pas été notifié par SMS et mes Lunettes je les ai récupéré en me déplaçant deux fois à la boutique. Je suis déçu

Conseil Accueil choix tout est parfait chez cet opticien que je recommande sans hésitation. Grande écoute et compétence, le changement de lunettes est un plaisir merci encore à Vincent pour son professionnalisme et son efficacité, le service après vente est également excellent ce qui est rare .
