In this dining bar, the maître de chai's tapas are paired with a fine list of finely selected wines for gourmet tasting. The menu features specialities from the Champagne region, such as Reims ham terrine with Clovis mustard, Crémeux du Jura flambéed with Marc de Champagne and many other tapas to share, as well as gourmet croques and bruschettas, and a wide variety of boards to share, from traditional charcuterie and cheeses to land and sea or a large plate of burrata, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. On weekends, it's brunch time, with a richly garnished board of salmon or charcuterie, accompanied by a few bubbles.
