Visit the Reims Armed Forces Information and Recruitment Centre, where advisers are available to answer your questions and guide you through the various careers offered by the army. Man or woman, if you are between 17 and a half and 32 years old and have a school level from CAP to Bac + 5, there are about a hundred specialities available to you: medical agent, dog handler, meteorologist, linguist, blacksmith! The army now employs more than 100,000 people, 12% of whom are women in various positions, including infantry fighters, helicopter pilots, computer experts and engine mechanics.
