The urban community of Greater Reims, formerly Reims Métropole, is the merger of 7 communities of municipalities and 18 municipalities. Track, signalling, public lighting, territorial development, urban planning... the missions carried out are diverse.

Note: By 2020, the Reims Grand Centre urban project will have profoundly transformed the heart of Reims (from the Sernam to the Patte d'Oie, via the Promenades). An aqualudic complex and a large event room will emerge from the ground on the former Sernam site. These structuring facilities will benefit all the inhabitants of the Greater Reims Urban Community.

Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone. Et par mail un coup on me dit que mes prélèvements commence en octobre et ensuite ça sera en faite en décembre. Je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles je vais me retrouver avec une facture salé d'un coup en fin d'année....

Je suis tombé sur une personne extrêmement désagréable au téléphone, qui n'a pas voulu entendre ni répondre à ma question, n'a pas voulu me passer le service compétent et a fini par me raccrocher au nez !!! Je précise que je suis restée courtoise et calme. c'est inadmissible un tel comportement de la part d'un agent d'accueil.
