Charbonneaux-Brabant, a story that doesn't turn sour... Two specialities from Reims are produced at this address: vinegar and Reims mustard. Both are sold under the Clovis brand. For the vinegar, we use wine selected in the champagne houses of Reims and Epernay. From the harvest to the marketing of the vinegar, five years have passed. The range is rich in flavours: walnut, balsamic, champagne... Concerning Reims mustard, the mustard seeds are ground into fine particles in order to extract the spicy substance. This powder is then mixed with wine from Champagne production, Reims vinegar, water, salt and spices. This fine mustard combines rich taste and low calories, 3 or 4 calories per teaspoon. You will also find here a whole range of different flavours: cucumber with garlic and dill, lemon zest and thyme, Espelette chilli pepper coulis... You can find these two local specialities in the town's delicatessens, specialist shops and also in medium and large supermarkets. A classic of the local gastronomy, alongside champagne and pink biscuits.
