Back to simple values, here nostalgic people will have the joy of rediscovering the authentic flavour of their Proust's madeleine through a beautiful range of simple and greedy pastries, made with local ingredients: a whole milk flan flavoured with a vanilla pod, a beautiful range of eclairs, pure butter croissants with a nice flaky texture, without forgetting the essential, a quality bread, a 100% local baguette and special breads by the slice.
