The Sparnacien Vincent Dallet chocolate factory is a veritable delicacies cabinet in which you will find something to satisfy all your desires: a beautiful variety of excellent chocolates, tasty pastries that follow the seasons, without forgetting local specialities to discover absolutely: croquignoles, pink biscuits, champagne bubbles... We are happy to be tempted by the Dallet, a ganache macerated with Earl Grey tea and typical Champagne delicacies such as Bouchons à la liqueur or Pavés de Reims, an infusion of aromatic herbs combined with a champagne ganache, not to mention the croquignolles, Champagne bubbles and Croquants.
