La Petite Friande, a well-known company in Rém, began marketing Bouchon au marc de champagne in 1951, which has since become the speciality of the city of the Sacres. Here, the know-how and the passion for chocolate are passed on from father to son. The Jubin family concocts delicious sweets in their workshop. Chocolate ganaches from all over the world, fruity pralines, home-made macaroons, pure fruit marshmallows...
